Dawat Indian Restaurant and Takeaway is now open at Unit 1, Weavers Hall, Market Square Longford under the ownership of the highly experienced and accomplished Master Chef Ram Narayan.

Ram has over 30 years of experience in 5 star hotels and restaurants around the world, in places like New Delhi, Kenya and Dubai, as well as restaurants in Ireland. And he assures his Longford customers of excellent service and first-class cuisine.

Ram is very pleased with the opening of the new Longford restaurant. “This is Dawat’s second Indian restaurant as we also have a restaurant in Claremorris, Co Mayo.

“The people of Claremorris have been exceptionally supportive of us and thankfully we are very busy and hope Longford Restaurant will enjoy the same success.”

Dawat’s menu has been specifically tailored to meet the needs of the Irish market and is bursting with rich flavors and contains delicious combinations of a variety of chicken, meat and vegetable dishes, all cooked with spices and freshly ground ingredients. , all prepared to the highest standards.

This little paradise offers a number of special and classic dishes like Tikka Masala, Korma, Passanda, Butter Chicken, Kashmiri, Sali Lamb, La Jawab, Mehti Malai, Rogan Josh, Kolapuri, Vindaloo, Madras, Patiya, Jalfrezy, Balti and Bhuna .

And Ram says if a customer would like to have a dish that may not be on the menu, he can accommodate their request.

As we look forward to the June Bank Holiday weekend, Dawat Indian Restaurant is offering its customers a number of promotions including dinner for two will receive a welcome drink and table for four will receive a bottle of free wine. And the Takeaway special this weekend is buy two main dishes and get a third one free.
