A little girl tasted an Indian dish for the first time in a restaurant in Australia and her reaction was priceless.

We know well that Western cuisines are very popular among Indians, but it was not the other way around until recently. Indian dishes are gradually making their way into the hearts of people overseas. From influential figures, like Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison to several Instagram or TikTok stars abroad, people have found Indian food to be delicious. Indian cuisine is famous worldwide for its spices and aromatic flavors. Now a little girl has tried an Indian dish for the first time in a restaurant in Australia and her reaction is priceless. From the viral clip, it looks like she enjoyed the main course and dessert.

In the viral clip, the girl is seen having dinner at an Indian restaurant, where she first tries rice with kadhai chicken. Now comes dessert, and the little one tries mango kulfi. We are sure that the main course and the sweet dish did not disappoint her. In most Indian restaurants, you are served a mouth freshener – mainly fennel seeds (saunf) and rock candy (mishri) – at the end of your meal. After her meal, the girl tastes fennel seeds and it looks like they got stuck in her teeth. Anyway, her reaction after tasting the mouth freshener was pretty hilarious. She is even seen befriending the waiters in the restaurant, as she is seen talking to a woman.

The clip was shared by a food blogger earlier this month and so far it has amassed over 200,000 views and tons of reactions. “Looks like she had a toothache,” one user commented while another shared the trick to eating fennel seeds: “The trick is to eat in clusters.” Some have even opined that once a person has tried Indian cuisine, there is no turning back.
