  • Founded in 2019 by Sami Elayan, Saed Elayan and Zaid Azzouka, Fine Diner is a cloud-based B2B2C food delivery and cooking platform that helps restaurants utilize available capacity to host third-party delivery brands.

Dubai-based food delivery company Fine Diner secured $150,000 in SEED funding.

Founded in 2019, Fine Diner Inc. develops food delivery brands. The Fine Diner business model eliminates the risk of launching new brands in the food delivery space by eliminating OPEX and CAPEX.

Sami, CEO and co-founder of Fine Diner, explains the company as “a B2B2C platform that leverages and utilizes spare capacity in fully stocked and underutilized kitchens, enabling them to house specific delivery restaurants third parties, increasing their revenue stream and efficiency”.

Faisal Alabdelsalam, lead angel investor, explains, “We saw an opportunity with the Fine Diner team that we couldn’t pass up. The team is diverse and has built a very creative, lucrative and scalable business model. The management of the team has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and will find solutions to multiple challenges to achieve its vision of building the largest kitchen network in the Middle East while minimizing, if not eliminating, CAPEX risks. and OPEX of traditional models of dark kitchens”.

The company will use the funds to expand its food delivery concepts to the rest of the Emirates and across the GCC.
