The best takeaway in town was crowned by our readers.
The Leeds Loves Awards, organized by us here at LeedsLive, covered 10 categories celebrating the best of the city’s wonderful hospitality industry. We know that the past few years have been difficult for the sector and the campaign was intended to show some support for all these great companies.
All winners were chosen directly by you. Readers first nominated Leeds food, drink and hospitality venues for the categories and then, once a shortlist was compiled, voted for their favorite finalists.

Praising our city’s rich and varied hospitality industry, LeedsLive editor Wayne Ankers said: “We’ve been absolutely blown away by the number of quality entries. They’re all winners in our book. and it’s great to be able to celebrate all the amazing venues across the city. But I would like to say a big shout out to those establishments who won the title. It’s well deserved and the credit goes to each and every one of them. not only to have survived, but also to thrive after all that we have had to face over the past two years.”
