The Hayden, known for his Jewish twist on dinner dishes, will represent the town of Alamo in an upcoming episode of Cooking Channel’s food paradisewhich explores must-try dining spots across the country.

The Alamo Heights restaurant, located at 4025 Broadway St., will appear on the show’s “Retro Remix” episode, which airs Wednesday, January 26. During the show, viewers will get a glimpse of the restaurant’s most popular dishes, including some that incorporate elements of Jewish cuisine.

The Hayden will host a party from 8-10 p.m. on the day the episode airs. Guests can enjoy gastronomic pleasure while choosing from the restaurant’s dinner menu or its breakfast for dinner menu, which is available on Wednesdays.
