This fabulous venue opened just two years ago, in the former The Marquis of Granby pub on Streetgate in Sunniside, Newcastle.
It is a sister establishment of Namaste Restaurant and Kings Prosecco Lounge in South Shields, which recently won the Best Restaurant award.
In addition to offering traditional curries, Namaste Takeaway and Restaurant also specializes in modern South Indian fusion dishes.
The entire menu is available online, making it easy to order your favorite dishes and have them delivered to your door.
On the site itself, you can expect the evening to go off in style – at the Prosecco Bar, which offers more than 10 kinds of Prosecco as well as a wide range of other drinks.

The Sunniside site comes from a great pedigree and was created by those behind its sister site in South Shields. South Shields Namaste was named the best restaurant in the North East at the 10th edition of the English Curry Awards which took place this year, which recognizes the quality of Indian cuisine in different regions. This is the third prize for the restaurant, which has been open for five years. Not to be outdone, the Sunniside site was a finalist for its customer service at the same prices.
