Chaheti, also known as @rootedinspice on Instagram, is an American-based Indian food blogger who works at Google. Like most foodies, she enjoys cooking at home in her spare time. Living far from her desi roots, Indian cooking is her favorite pastime. Yet the recipe she shares is often a representation of the two cultures around her, Indian and American. She enjoys bringing a desi twist to her daily recipes and teaching people how to make classic recipes. Her style of therapeutic cooking makes her videos very soothing and fun to watch, as well as making people salivate! She also likes to cook tiffin for her roommate and tiffin is often an amalgamation of different cuisines.
